nuts

Nuts pays an important role in your diet .not only yourself  eventually these are also important for kids add hand full nut in your daily diet this will keep you healthy an active different nuts have their own benefits e.g if we talk abut almond. almond is very important for your eyes and and especially for you brain.

 Nonetheless it keeps your brain strong to keep things in your mind for long lasting ,almonds are very good for you memory.
If your are doing work in office and you forget the things it is very embarrassing for you. People get angry with you due to your bad memory then you should add nuts in your diet .This will help you to keep the things  in your my for long time . .
