add salad

It is very important for every one to have knowledge about what you are eating. Choose healthy food for yourself.


For example add tomato radish and cucumber in your diet. Always add salad in your diet at especially in lunch and dinner.


You can also eat salad any time but it is said that avoid salad in the night time. Eventually corn is an important to eat. It’s good for your teeth.


Radish is helps you to digest food easily it’s good for your health.


If you feel that you are suffering burning or hotness inside of your body eat yogurt by adding Loki green colored vegetable. You can also take water of build rice its very effective in hot condition of body.
